I lead the technical delivery of Microsoft Entra ID Governance projects: connecting HR and payroll systems to Active Directory and Entra ID, automating joiners, movers and leavers with Lifecycle Workflows, and turning HR attributes into access with entitlement management. Before that I delivered privileged access management with BeyondTrust.
Most of that work happens in hybrid environments, where the documentation stops well short of what production needs. Frost Eagle is where I write up what I find there: how each stage of the pipeline really behaves, the faults I've traced, and the designs that held up.
Every example is rebuilt in my own lab tenant. Client names and details are removed or changed.
